Women's Weekend
Yoga Retreat
Restore & Recalibrate
Patrick Brompton Hall, Bedale, North Yorkshire
Welcome...
Introduction
My name is Virginia Walker, Yoga Teacher 500hr, specialist in Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Trauma Informed Birth & Postpartum Doula and Reiki practitioner. I have been teaching yoga since 2016, in both private residences and studios in London. When the Covid19 pandemic struck and everything went online, I returned to my roots in Yorkshire and have grown my business locally as well as teaching and supporting clients online via Zoom.
My work, whether through teaching yoga or supporting pre & postnatal clients all follows the same ethos: to build confidence, to encourage physical movement safely, to hold a nurturing and safe space and provide continuity of care and support.
I believe yoga is for Every-Body; I aim to make Yoga accessible to all women whatever their age and stage.
My retreat 'Restore and Recalibrate' welcomes all women to give themselves the luxury gift of time and space "to be". I invite you to remove yourself from the demands of your hectic lives, savour delicious food made with love, care and passion and to be in the moment.

Spa Treatments
by Elizabeth
Elizabeth has been flourishing in the beauty industry since 2014 working with prosperous brands such as Elemis, Bamford and Elemental Herbology.
"In 2022 I decided to take the leap and open my own salon “The Beauty Cottage” in West Yorkshire. The salon encapsulates my beliefs and knowledge and strives to ensure that each and every client receives a 5 star, one to one bespoke treatment."
Elizabeth is a ray of sunshine with, in my opinion, the best Indian head massage. Divine.
An exclusive treatment menu has been designed for this Women's Rest & Recalibrate Yoga Retreat to elevate your experience and to ensure that you reach the levels of relaxation you deserve.
Each person will be allocated an hour on the Saturday to take advantage of the option of a treatment with Elizabeth.
Booking your treatment is required when booking onto the retreat so we are able to best plan your personal day and to avoid any disappointment. Please note, treatments are at extra cost.
There may be a chance for last minute bookings of extra treatments on arrival, but this cannot be guaranteed, therefore we recommend booking treatments well in advance.
